How do I clean the brush? Simply remove any loose fur by hand or with a comb after each use. For a deeper clean, rinse the bristles with warm water and mild soap, then leave to air dry naturally.

Can I return my order? As the Snuggle Brush is a personal care item, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your brush arrives faulty or damaged, we've got you covered — simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Return shipping for faulty items is at the customer's cost.
